Disregarding guidelines listed below. In case of violation, the customer will be on blacklist and will be subject to legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

☾ general terms of service

⭑ Please be respectful and patient throughout the ordering process. Rude, aggressive, or demanding behavior will not be tolerated.⭑ Please read all terms carefully before purchasing a commission or adoptable.⭑ I reserve the right to decline any commission, adoptable sale, or client for any reason.⭑ The use of my artwork or designs for AI training, image generation, datasets, NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited.⭑ I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork and adoptable designs in my portfolio, galleries, commission samples, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.⭑ Please provide clear references and detailed instructions when ordering. The more information you provide, the better I can bring your vision to life.⭑ Delivery times may vary depending on my workload, queue position, project complexity, and real-life circumstances.⭑ Most commissions are completed within 2 weeks; however, please allow up to one full month for completion.⭑ If you require a deadline, rush order, or private commission, please discuss it with me before payment is made.⭑ You may request up to three (3) revisions per commission unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.⭑ Surprise Me, Skeb-style, YCH, and other artist-discretion commissions are not eligible for revisions.⭑ Final files will be delivered via Google Drive through VGen or direct messages. A valid email address may be required for file delivery.⭑ Chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals filed after the successful delivery of files may result in the loss of usage rights, blacklisting from future services, and copyright enforcement where applicable.

ADOPTABLE F.A.QQ: Can I redesign my adoptable after purchasing it?
- Yes! You’re welcome to create new outfits, hairstyles, forms, lore, and additional artwork for your character.Q: Can I resell or trade my adoptable?
- Yes, provided you follow my resale terms. Designs obtained through gifts, raffles, or giveaways may not be resold unless the design rights have been purchased.Q: Do you accept payment plans?
- Yes! Payment plans are available for adoptables only and require a minimum 30% upfront deposit.Q: Can I use my adoptable for a VTuber or business project?
- Yes, but a Commercial Use License is required, unless it was already brought during the time of purchase.Q: Can I purchase commercial rights later?
- Absolutely! You’re welcome to upgrade your license at any time.

ILLUSTRATION F.A.QQ: Does YouTube, Twitch, or social media usage count as commercial use?
- Digital commercial use is already included in my illustration prices. This includes Twitch assets, YouTube graphics, stream screens, website graphics, and digital promotional materials.Q: Do you offer rush orders?
- Yes! Rush fees are available for 7-day and 3-day turnaround options.Q: How long will my commission take?
- Most commissions are completed within 2 weeks, but please allow up to one full month depending on workload and complexity.Q: Can I request WIPs?
- Yes! You’re welcome to ask for WIPs on non-YCH commissions. Please be patient and avoid excessive requests.Q: Can I purchase commercial rights for physical merchandise?
- Yes, but merchandise production requires an additional commercial licensing fee. Please contact me beforehand so we can discuss your project.

☾ Adoptable TOS

⭑ Please contact me before sending payment for an adoptable. Sending money without prior communication does not reserve the design and may cause confusion if the design is already being transferred to another buyer.⭑ By purchasing one of my adoptables, you receive ownership rights to the character design while I retain credit as the original designer.⭑ You’re welcome to create lore, redesign outfits, commission additional artwork, or further develop the character however you’d like.⭑ Please do not trace, heavily edit, draw directly over, or alter my original artwork without permission.⭑ The use of my artwork or character designs for AI training, image generation, NFTs, blockchain projects, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited.⭑ Payments are accepted through Ko-fi, PayPal Invoice (USD), or VGen only.⭑ Holds are available for up to 48 hours unless discussed otherwise.⭑ Payment plans are available for adoptables only and require a minimum 30% upfront deposit.⭑ If the deposit is not received within 60 minutes of confirming the payment plan, the adoptable will be made available again.⭑ Full ownership and unwatermarked files will be transferred once the adoptable has been paid in full.⭑ Adoptables may not be resold for more than their original purchase price unless additional commissioned artwork has been added to the character.⭑ Designs received through gifts, raffles, or giveaways may not be resold unless the design rights have been purchased separately.⭑ I do not oversee trades, resales, ownership transfers, or disputes between users.⭑ Due to adoptables being delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds and cancellations are not available after payment has been completed.⭑ Payment plans may be cancelled at any time as long as you communicate with me beforehand.⭑ Failure to complete a payment plan without notice may result in being blacklisted from future sales.

☾ Illustration/Skeb-Style TOS

⭑ My illustrations follow a Skeb-inspired workflow. Please commission me because you enjoy my art style and artistic interpretation.⭑ I specialize in cute, soft, fluffy, pastel-inspired artwork and work best within my own style.⭑ Please provide as many references and details as possible when ordering. There is no limit to the amount of references you may send.⭑ Feel free to include information such as color palettes, themes, outfits, expressions, poses, aesthetics, and any other important details.⭑ Commercial use for digital content is already included in the base commission price.⭑ This includes Twitch assets, YouTube graphics, stream overlays, social media artwork, website graphics, and other digital promotional content.⭑ Merchandise production and other physical products require an additional commercial licensing fee and must be discussed beforehand.⭑ Minor edits may be requested during the sketch stage, but significant revisions may incur additional fees.⭑ Most commissions are completed within 2 weeks, though please allow up to one full month depending on complexity and workload.⭑ Rush orders and deadlines are available for an additional fee.⭑ WIPs may be provided during the process, and final files will be delivered through Google Drive via VGen or DMs.⭑ The use of my artwork for AI training, image generation, NFTs, blockchain projects, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited.

⭑ FOR NON VGEN / KOFI USERS
Please fill out this form and send it to me on anywhere on my socials preferably Instagram or Twitter. I will contact you through the socials you provide me in the form. If the client doesn't respond within 7 days and payment isn't made on the same day, the vacancy may be lost to another client.

⭑ When placing an order, please describe how you would like the final piece to look. Examples include the color palette, theme, style, mood, character details, and any other important information.⭑ PLEASE READ my TOS carefully before placing an order.⭑ There is no limit to the number of references you can provide, so please include as many details and reference images as possible.⭑ Commissions are often completed within 2 weeks; however, please allow up to one full month for completion.⭑ You
are welcome to ask for WIPs on non-YCH/ Skeb style commissions, but please be mindful and avoid excessive requests. You can always check my work queue to track your commission’s progress, as it is updated regularly.
